Fitness Coaching
It’s my systematic fitness instruction and training program that focuses on strength and skill acquisition. My focus and efforts are to understand and figure out what the clients movement chain is, how did they arrive to their current condition and then design a program that empowers them to develop a healthy and fit lifestyle. My coaching also includes an awareness of how a fitness mentality makes the journey easier.
Strength and Conditioning
A training program utilizing my vast strength and conditioning training experience to help clients maintain, improve, re-establish their fitness levels by training all the muscles to perform as they should and until their bodies are properly prepared to handle the variety of common movements done at work, home or in sports.
Boxing
As a Certified USA boxing coach for the past 17 years. I would be able to give you a thorough total body workout or help you learn all the skills, techniques involved in the sport of boxing. The total body workout are driven to make you feel like you went through 12 rounds.
