Q: Why do you charge monthly for your programs?
Your investment and commitment of our time as well as a commitment from me to find and apply the right structured program which when taken seriously takes weeks to months to yield the desired results you’re looking for.
Q: Can my program include virtual sessions?
Yes. Every so often clients have travel hurdles, weather- related conflicts, babysitter challenges or simply time restraints making virtual sessions the best solution to getting a session in.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
I have a 12 hour cancellation notice policy. If your advise via email, call or text 12 hours prior to your session then you do not forfeit your session. Anything less than 12 you will forfeit that session.
Q: How often should I train with you?
If you have a current fitness regimen, I always recommend a minimum of 2 sessions per week. You can always train more often. If you do not have a current fitness regimen I recommend 3 sessions per week or 2 sessions per week plus homework that would assign for that week. All HW assignments are kept track of for progress purposes.
Q: Why is there an approval application process?
Several reasons. One- to ensure we are a good fit for one another. Two- I have limited time slots and availability and like to ensure I can dedicate my full attention. Three- I dedicate quality to the time you pay for and with high volumes of client it gets watered down.
Q: Do you do group training and is there a discount?
Yes. Discounts begin with 3 or more individuals. Pricing varies based on duration of the sessions and how frequent.
Q: Do you have gym or space I can train at?
Currently only in New Jersey. Some clients from NY have and do train at my New Jersey location.
