I’m of the belief that the most important things about our bodies is it’s ability to function at optimal levels. This is true for every body. Strong joints, great mobility, flexibility and muscular endurance. The aesthetics (as much as we desire it) are a result of the hard work and dedication- it’s the cherry on top.
I focus on strength and skill acquisition. Instead of turning the client into a puddle of sweat workout after workout, session after session, I apply, teach and drive with competence of fundamental movement patterns that align with your everyday life demands. I then increase the clients strength on exercises within each movement pattern. Voilá! You feel and look great.
